In comparison to August-2013, residential sales were up 25%, while average sale price was down a mere 3%. The limited inventory of 221 homes on the market, down 26% from 2013, stirred a 46% decrease in days-on-market.
Teton Valley saw 25 residential sales in August. Four of these sales were Victor condos that sold for an average price of $102,500. Additionally a town home in Victor closed for $164,950. Of the 20 homes that sold, half of them were located in Victor as well. The average price for all single-family homes sold was $318,695.
Eleven lots sold across the valley in August at an average price of $87,318. Three of the lots sold were at the base of Teton Canyon in Alta, WY. Lot B with Teton views went for $1.8, lot A went for $700K, lot D with mill creek sold for $825 & lot C with Teton Creek closed for $850.
