June saw a total of 36 sales in Teton Valley, a 16% increase over last June.
A total of 13 single-family homes sold for an average price of $302,443. Seven residences sold in the area of Victor, three in the Driggs area, two in Tetonia and one in Alta, WY.
Town homes & condos were quite popular in June with 13 total sales. Seven condos sold at an average price of $191,571 with the majority being located in Victor. Six townhouse sold at an average sales price of $200,125. Four sales took place in Driggs and 2 in Victor, ID.
Lots and land were also active in June. Nine lots sold for an average price of $69,953, in addition to a piece of acreage on the west side of the valley for $190,000. Lots sales were scattered equally between Victor, Driggs and Tetonia.
