May real estate sales saw both home & land sales increase over preceding months. Home prices continue rise incrementally. Lot sales, while brisk in May, saw a downturn in sales price. Victor, Idaho had nearly double the number of home sales than the rest of the valley saw in May. Driggs, however, took the majority of land sales in Teton Valley for the month of May.
There were 45 total sales in May, including one farm & ranch and 4 condos sales, alongside 16 single family residences and 24 building sites.
